  • The logbook serves as legal proof of ownership and registration of a motor vehicle, and having a duplicate logbook is essential for various purposes, including vehicle transfer, obtaining motor vehicle insurance, renewing vehicle licenses, and selling or disposing of the vehicle.

Information which might helpEdit

  • When a vehicle owner loses their original logbook or it becomes unusable due to damage, they can apply for a duplicate logbook as a replacement. The duplicate logbook contains the same information as the original logbook and carries the same legal validity.
