- To obtain a Family Booklet, go to your local civil registry office or if you are abroad go to the nearest Tunisian consular office.
- Submit these following documents:
- Excerpt from the marriage contract
- Birth record of the spouses
- Birth record of the children
- Excerpt of death of deceased children
- Excerpt from death of one spouse as appropriate
- Photo of the spouses
- Pay the registry fees.
