Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain NSSF Statement, the applicant must visit the NSSF contact link
2. Applicant must obtain the application form from the office and fill it up with all the necessary information in it.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of all the documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting the application form.
6. There is no fee for this procedure.
7. If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the statement will be provided within a day.

Apply Online:

1. Application for getting NSSF Statement is available online in the following link
2. If the applicant is an existing user, they can login using “Member Id” and “Password” and then by clicking on “Login” button.
3. If the applicant is a new user, they have to register first in the following link new registration
4. For new registration, the applicant must provide all the information that are requested in the registration link and click on “Register” for completing new registration.
5. After successful registration, the applicant can use their registered “Member Id” and “Password” and then click on “Login” button for logging in.
6. Once the login is done, the applicant can provide all the information that are requested in the application form.
7. Applicant must upload digital copies of all the documents that are requested in the application form.
8. There is no fee for this procedure.
9. The applicant must finally click on “Submit” for submitting the application form.
10. Once the application is successfully registered, the applicant will receive a digital copy of their statement via E-mail within one day.

• Applicant must complete the application form before submitting them at the office, incomplete application forms will be rejected by the concerned authorities.
