ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. Application for exporting of Coffee in Tanzania is available in Tanzania Ports Authority contact link
  2. Applicant has to procure the prescribed application form for this service from the Tanzania Revenue Authority.
  3. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
  4. Applicant should carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant should make sure to attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form and submit it to the relevant authority.
  6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
  7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the export will be done within 1 month.
  8. For obtaining a green coffee export license, applicant must visit the Tanzania Coffee Board contact link
