Apply In-Person:
- To Contract a Civil Marriage, the applicant has to visit the Registration, Insolvency, and Trusteeship Agency contact link
- The applicant should get the application form from the office and fill it up with all the necessary information.
- Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
- Documents that are needed for completing this procedure have been mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Applicant must attach photocopies of all the documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting it at the office.
- The Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request along with the submission of the application form.
- Once the fee is successfully paid, the applicant will be provided with a receipt of payment from the officer.
- The applicant has to keep the receipt safely for future use and then, the processing time for this procedure will be mentioned by the concerned authorities.
- An SMS or E-mail will be sent by the office to the applicant mentioning the availability of the document
- After receiving the notification from the office, the applicant can visit the office to get the document.
- If there is no information regarding the document is provided, the applicant has to visit the office to know the status of their application.
