Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for work permit is available in the Immigration Services Department contact link
2. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry all documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of these necessary documents.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. The immigration officer will verify all documents provided by the applicant and proceed with the processing of the application.
8. Applicant will be notified regarding their permit within 15 days and the applicant can collect their permit by visiting the office.
9. If there is no information provided by the authority regarding the application within 15 days, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.

NOTE:
Applicants can visit any immigration department office in their region to get the application form.

Apply Online

1. Application form for work permit is available in the following link application form
2. Applicant has to click on the “Apply for a new visa” under “New Application”.
3. Applicant has to provide their “Email” and other information under “Basic Information” portal.
4. Finally, the applicant has to click on the “Start New Application” button to proceed with the application.
5. Once the process is done, the online application form will be opened for getting a new visa.
6. Applicant has to provide necessary information in the application form.
7. Applicant must upload digital copies of documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. After completing the application form, applicant has to click on the “Submit” button for submitting their application.
9. Fee for this procedure has to be provided as per authority’s request.
