Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for getting URUST Scholarship is available in the Tanzania Commission for Universities contact link
2. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure carry all needed documents as photocopies and originals.
4. Documents that are required for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of needed documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the document will be issued within one month.
8. Applicant will be notified regarding their application within one month through SMS or Email.
9. After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their scholarship document.
10. If there is no information regarding the scholarship, then, the applicant can visit the office to know status of the application.
