Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Goa must visit the Goa State Pollution Control Board office. Click on the following link to find the address of the office link
2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
3. Submit the letter to the pollution control officer.
4. The officer will issue a receipt for further reference.
5. No fee is required for this procedure.
6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
7. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.

1. A person desirous of making a complaint about the water quality in Goa must visit the Goa State Pollution Control Board website link.
2. On the homepage, click the “Online Complaint” button. A new page with an e-application form will appear.
3. Fill in contact details, name, address, and the Industry that is causing the pollution. Then, write down briefly about the complaint in the box provided.
4. Enter the “Captcha” and click on the “Send” button.
5. The complaint will be submitted successfully, and a receipt will be generated.
6. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified through email/SMS/Letter.
