Apply In-Person:

1. To Request for Removal of Garden Refuse, the applicant must go to the Municipal Office in South Africa. Contacts Link
2. The applicant must submit the request letter to the respective authorities in the municipal office.
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The request letter along with the necessary documents must be submitted to the respective officials in the Municipal office.
5. The applicant must provide the “Municipal Account” details to the respective authority in the Municipal office.
6. After verifying the personal details, the required services will be provided to the applicant by the respective authorities in the municipal office.

Instructions

• The residents are requested not to place their bags in front of vacant stands or on street corners as the staff will not know who must receive the new bag.
• No garden refuse may be placed on sidewalks unless these arrangements have been made. If placed, then the penalty payment must be made before the garden refuse or building ruble will be removed.
