Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Land Owners Consent permit, the applicant must visit the nearest building development management offices (Public Works & Infrastructure) Link
2. The application form varies for different city and municipality; therefore, the respective application form must be obtained from the authorities at the management office, or else can be downloaded online from the link

3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The filled application form and the required documents must be submitted to the respective officials at the nearest district planning office.
5. After receiving the application form request, the department will process and verify the application.
6. Later, if all the details and documents submitted by the applicant are legitimate, then the land owners’ consent application will be approved by the district planning department.
7. After the approval, the application will be issued with the approval certificate.
8. The prescribed application fee for the land owners’ consent form must be paid by the applicant, and the proof of payment must be attached along with the application form.
9. The processing time to get the approval for the land owners’ consent will be intimated to the applicant after applying.
