Procedure

Apply In Person

1. To Use Security Bond and Banker Guarantee Forms for Sole-Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Partnership, the applicant has to approach the Monetary Authority of Singapore link
2. Applicant can get the application form from the office.
3. Applicant can also use the link to download the form application form
4. Applicant has to fill in all necessary details in the application form.
5. Make sure the applicant has all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Submit the completed form and the required documents to the respective officer.
7. once the process gets completed, the board will issue the license within two months.

• Original Security Bond form (SB) duly completed.
• SB to be completed by yourself and witnessed by someone not related to you
• Two Original Banker’s Guarantee (BG) form(s) duly completed
• Start date of the SB must be the same as the start date of the Banker’s Guarantee (BG).

• Unique Entity Number (UEN) /NRIC/FIN
• Employment Agency’s Registered Address
• Contact number
• Security Bond Form

Need for the Document

• An application has been made by the Licensee under the Employment Agencies Act for the grant of a licence

to carry on an employment agency

Information which might help

• Please ensure that the bank officers’ names and designation are stated clearly.
• The start date of the Banker’s Guarantee must be the expiry date of the In-Principle Approval.
