Apply Online

1. To Update of Company related Information, the applicant has to make the application in ACRA business filing portal or tap the following link
2. Tap the “e-Services” and tap the “Local Company” and click “Make Changes” and choose the type of information that needs to be update.
3. The applicant needs to login with their Singpass Id number and password

Note:
If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

• The applicant has to fill necessary information and submit the required document that are mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
• After completing the documents review the application and click submit.
• After, the changed that are made are updated in 14days.
• Fee for this procedure is free of cost.

• Fee for this procedure is free of cost.

Validity

• The validity of the registration certificate is for one year or three years based on the choice of payment by the applicant.
