Apply Online

1. To Obtain License or Permit for Coffin Transhipment, the applicant has to make the application in National Environment Agency e- service portal or tap the following link
2. The applicant has to login with their Singpass ID number and password.

   Note:
   If you do not have an account you can register by clicking on register now, read the information marked 1 and 2 and agree to the terms and condition and click on register now, no the next page entry your personal information and submit. You will be issued with you Sing Pass ID number and password.

3. The applicant has to fill all the necessary information in the application form.
4. The applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Review the application and submit the application form.
6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee which is mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. After successful payment, License or Permit for Coffin Transhipment will be issued and the applicant notified via Email or SMS.

Note:

• The application of a coffin permit is subject to approval from the Port Health Office. Submission of an application for a coffin permit does not indicate that the application is approved.
• Please note that if payment option ‘Upon submission’ is selected, the application in e-Portal will be cancelled if payment is not made within 24 hours upon submission.

• Reasons for cancellation or refund
