Procedure

New Connection or Meter Relocation

1. To apply for the procedure you will need to complete and submit an application and agreement form.
2. You will also need to submit the location plan, and provide your National Identity Number and telephone number.
3. PUC will conduct a survey and a reply will be given to the applicant within 3 weeks.
4. An Approval letter will be sent to you with details of cost.

The Public Utilities Corporation was named after a joint ventured between the Seychelles Water Authority and the Seychelles Electricity Corporations Limited in 1986.

Public Utilities Corporation is a vertically integrated utility company. It is the only utility company providing electricity, water, and sewerage services in Seychelles. Its major operations include:

• Generation, transmission, distribution and sale of electrical energy on the main islands of Seychelles.
• Treatment of raw water and supply of potable water to the population of Seychelles.
• Treatment and safe disposal of waste water to the environment.
