Procedure

Apply In Person

1. To Replace a Lost or Stolen Damaged Driver’s License with Additional Restriction (ARC 1 Motorcycle Driver License), the applicant has to approach the LTO Central Office link
2. The applicant has to carry all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
4. And the applicant has to get the queue number from the service counter.
5. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
6. Once they called, the applicant has to submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
7. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
8. Pay the fee at the cash counter and get the receipt for further reference.
9. The applicant has to complete the vision test. (if required)
10. Once all the test and verification process gets completed successfully, the applicant will get the license from the office.
11. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Need for the Document

• Driving Restrictions for Conditional and Special Restricted Licenses. The individual cannot have more than two passengers under 21 in the car with him/her unless the applicant is with a licensed adult who is at least 21. The only exception is if you are transporting family members or students to and from school.
• If the person lost or damaged the license or somehow it got stolen, the person needs to get replaced the driving license with a newer one from the LTO office.
