Apply In Person
- To Renewal of TRC Registration, the applicant has to approach the Bureau Of International Revenue link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The TRC application fee is Php 1,000.00.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- An acknowledgement receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Then the application will be processed further.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
- For further process, the applicant has to follow the instruction given by the officer.
- After completed with all the processes, the applicant will get the certificate from the office.
- This entire process can be completed within 7 days and it depends on the individual or the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

- Original TRC
- A letter of request for TRC renewal addressed to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue
- A copy of the latest income tax return (ITR)
- A Tax Identification Number (TIN) card or a copy of the TIN application form if you don't have one yet
- A valid ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, etc.)
