Apply Online

  1. To Renew Pharmacy License, the applicant must approach the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. The applicant has to click the “Sign in” option.
  3. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Sign up now” option.
  4. Enter the email address and click the “Send verification code”.
  5. The applicant will receive the verification from the given email.
  6. Enter the details and create a password and then click the “Create” button.
  7. The applicant has to email address and password and click the “Sign in” option.
  8. The applicant has to select the form from the menu list.
  9. Enter all the details in the application form.
  10. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  11. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
  12. Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
  13. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  14. All applications are processed within a reasonable time, having regard to the circumstances of each application, including the completeness of information and documents submitted to the authority by the applicant.
  15. The authority may seek additional information from an applicant if this is necessary to assess the application. The authority does not need to deal further with an application until the applicant has provided this additional information.
  16. Once your renewal application is reviewed and approved, the GPhC will issue you a renewed Pharmacy License.
  17. This entire process can be completed within 2 – 3 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
