Apply Online

  1. To Apply for Planning Permission License, the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to select “Create a new account”.
  3. Enter all the registration details and click the “Save Account Details” button.
  4. Now the applicant has to log in with the Email address and password and click the “Login” button.
  5. The applicant has to select the form from the menu list.
  6. Enter all the details in the application form.
  7. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  8. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
  9. Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
  10. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  11. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  12. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  13. And the applicant will receive a decision notice from the local planning authority, indicating whether planning permission has been granted, granted with conditions, or denied. If granted, the permission may come with specific conditions that must be adhered to during development.
  14. This entire process can be completed within 2 – 3 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
