Apply online

1. To Apply for Seafarers Registration Certificate (SRC), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “Online Registration of Seafarers” from the online service.
3. Then click the “Create Account” button on the top of the page.
4. The applicant has to enter all the details and click the “Create Account” button.
5. Now the applicant has to enter all the complete details in the registration form and click the “Submit” button.
6. The profile will be saved and the registration number will be displayed, followed by clicking the “Continue” button.
7. The applicant has to download the certificate by clicking the “Print” certificate.
8. There is no fee for Seafarers Registration Certificate.
9. This entire process can be completed within a few minutes or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Need for the Document

• Seafarers' Registration is done by assigning unique numbers to the Seafarers for identification. This is assigned by MARINA which can be used in transactions. It is required for every Filipino seafarer to possess a MARINA SRN.
