Apply In Person

  1. To Apply for Phillfrance DOST Fellowship Program, the applicant has to approach the Department of Science and Technology link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  7. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview with the DOST selection panel. This interview will be an opportunity for you to discuss your research proposal and qualifications.
  8. If the application is accepted into the program, the applicant will receive a notification from the DOST. The applicant will also be required to sign a fellowship agreement and attend an orientation seminar.
  9. After receiving the notification of acceptance, the applicant can proceed with applying for admission to the preferred university in France. The applicant will be responsible for complying with the university's admission requirements and securing a visa, if necessary.
  10. This entire process can be completed within 4 – 5 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

  • The Phillfrance-DOST Fellowship Program is a scholarship program for Filipino citizens who want to pursue doctoral or master's degree programs in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) fields in France.
