Apply In Person:
- To Apply for Foreign Sponsored Training Programs (Through the Foreign Scholarship Training Program Unit), the applicant has to approach the Technical Cooperation Council of the Philippines link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- There is no fee for Foreign Sponsored Training Programs (Through the Foreign Scholarship Training Program Unit).
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the application will be processed further.
- Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
- If the application is accepted, the applicant will need to comply with the requirements and attend the training program on the specified dates.
- Make the most out of the training program by actively participating and engaging with the trainers and other participants.
- After completing the program, the applicant may be required to submit a report or present his/her learning to the organization or community.
- This entire process can be completed within 30 - 40 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
