Procedure

• Visit the concerned authority. The minor applicant must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian.
• Fill the application form with the complete information. It must be signed by both the parent or legal guardian and the applicant.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Pay the prescribed fees.

• Original and copy of the Birth Certificate of the applicant
• Original and copy Proof of identity of one of the parents or legal representative
• Original and copy Proof of residence of the parent / legal representative
• Original and copy Marriage certificate of the parents and, when applicable, judgment, final and irrevocable, if the parents are divorced

• Romanian citizen

Fees

• representing the card bill Identity - 7 lei
• stamp duty or receipt representing the judicial stamp - 5 lei
