Required Documents

• Original and 2 copies of a certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice or diplomatic missions or consular offices abroad
• For minors under the age of 14 and not enrolled in ascertain certificate attesting to acquire citizenship of one of the parents, they are guided by the Ministry of Justice to clarify citizenship
• Certificates of the applicant's marital status, birth and marriage, if any, and those of his children younger than 14 years, acquired Roman citizenship of the parents, original and copy (certificates must be issued by the Romanian authorities)
• Original and copy of proof of residence
• Original and copy of proof of identity with picture
