• Visit the concerned authority.
• Fill the application form with the complete information.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Pay the prescribed fee.

• Original and copy of the birth certificate
• Original and copy of proof of residence
• Statement of a parent or a third party, which shows identity that declared in the application for issuance of the card, taken in conjunction with the image or the photo attached to the application, the applicant belongs
• Sheet decadactilare impressions of the applicant performed by the police at home or residence of the applicant

• Receipt representing the identity card - 7 lei
• Stamp or receipt representing the judicial stamp fee - 5 lei
