Procedure

• The Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation ‘’’KAHRAMAA’’’ allows users to request to be issued with a "To whom It May Concern" certificate online specifying subscribers’ locations.

Apply Online

1. To apply for a To Whom It May Concern certificate for school admission (Location Specification certificate) the applicant has to visit the KAHRAMAA website to make the application.
2. Click on the Customer service tab on the dashboard.
3. This will direct you to the next page where you ate to click on the Certificates tab to access the application page.
4. Under the “Certificate Type”, select “Whom it may concern- School” then enter in your Qatari ID details, Electricity number and then select the method you want to obtain the To Whom It May Concern certificate for school admission.
5. Select between Email or Download.
6. Once you enter the details click on “Get your certificate” button to instantly receive your To Whom It May Concern certificate for school admission.
7. The application is free of charge.
