Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To request to issue instant recruitment approval, applicant has to visit the General Directorate of Passports at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the general directorate of passports in the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, issue instant recruitment will be approved.

Apply Online

1. To request to issue instant recruitment approval through online, visit the following link: online portal. After visiting website, slightly scroll down and select the “E-services” option.
2. If you are an existing user, please login using the credentials or if you are a new user you need to click applicable option to create new account.
3. After successful login, select the required transaction type (Personal for the smart card owner or Company Name for the authorized person) from the dropdown menu.
4. Now please click on “Entry Visas” option and select “Modify Instant Approval” option.
5. In the next page, select "Current Approvals Summery" to determine the required professions that need instant approvals.
6. In the next page, please click on "New Application" option to move to "Issue Instant Approval" page that includes all application details.
7. Now you can select the new nationality from "Nationalities List" field and click "Issue" option. After that, a message indicating approval number will appear below in the page.
8. Issue instant recruitment will be approved successfully.
