Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To request tanker permit, applicant has to visit the drainage networks operations and maintenance department of the assets affairs sector at the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the drainage networks operations and maintenance department of the assets affairs sector in the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, tanker permit is issued.

1. To request tanker permit through online, visit the following link: online portal
2. If you already have an account, please click on “Login” hyperlink which is available on right side top corner and enter your user name and password then click on “LOGIN” button.
3. If you don’t have an account, click on “Register” hyperlink which is available on right side top corner.
4. In the next page, please select the preferable user option to you, then complete the form with necessary information and click on “REGISTER” button.
5. After successful login, click on “LOGIN TO APPLY” button which is available on bottom middle of the page.
6. In the next page, please enter the required information then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on “Submit” button.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, tanker permit is issued.

• Copy of vehicle and trailer registration form
• Four photos of tanker (each side)
• Tanker capacity certificate (after technical inspection)
