Procedure

• The General Retirement & Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA) provides this service to pensioners to request a contributor certificate.
  

Apply Online

1. The application for a Pensioners Contributor Certificate can be done online by visiting Qatar Official e-Government Portal Hukoomi through the following link to make the application.
2. Once on the homepage , you should login to Hukoomi e-Government Portal by clicking on the “Log In” link at the top right hand side of the homepage using your Hukoomi credentials .

   • If you have not registered for Hukoomi e-Government Portal, you have to register so as to get the username and password to access this service. You can register for an account through the following steps.

   1. Click on the “Register” link on the top right hands side of the homepage to begin creating your account.
   2. Fill in the required fields (personal number and mobile number)
   3. Click on the box next to the sentence 'I'm not a robot' and a group of questions will appear for you to answer
   4. Click on the “Receive Code by SMS” button in order to send the code to your mobile
   5. Enter the code you received on your mobile
   6. Click on the “Next” button in order to complete your registration
   7. Fill in all the required fields
   8. Click the box next to the sentence 'I'm not a robot' and a group of questions will appear for you to answer
   9. Click on the “Register” button in order to complete the registration process

3. Once logged in select the type of you want to acquire, by clicking on the “certificate type” and selecting Pensioners Certificate.
4. This will take you to the next page where you are to fill out the online form entering all the required information.
5. Once done click on the “Submit” button to send your request.
6. Now the authorities will verify your request and validate the submitted information
7. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect pensioners certificate on a specified date.

Apply In-Person

1. The applicant for a Pensioners Contributor Certificate can make an application in person to the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority (GRSIA). This can be done by visiting the GRSIA Headquarters and approaching the customer service desk. The contact information of the GRSIA Headquarters can be found in the “Office location and Contacts” section of this page.
2. At the customer service desk request for a Pensioners Certificate. Here the customer care representative will ask you to provide some required information and documents.
3. Provide the required information and documents to the customer care representative. These documents include.

   • QID card Pensioner
   • Pensioner Card

4. Now the authorities will verify your request and validate the submitted documents.
5. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect pensioners certificate on a specified date.
