ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person

  1. To register student in public school, applicant has to visit the student affairs department at the Ministry of education and higher education (MOEHE) office.

  3. Applicant has to approach the authorities of Ministry of education and higher education and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information then mention the choice of your nearest schools and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the student affairs department in ministry of education and higher education office. The address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. After the verification process, admission is done at the nearest school based on the vacancies.

  1. To register student in public school through online, visit the following link:Apply online
  2. If you already have an account, please enter your user name and password then click on “Access” button.
  3. If you don’t have an account, you click on “Register a new account” option and enter the appropriate details then click on “Next” button.
  4. You receive an SMS with an verification code to your mobile number.
  5. In the next page please enter verification code and create passwords, then click on “Create account” button.
  6. After successful Login,You will be redirected to a home page and tap on “Start service” button. If you not previously updated guardian’s information, please choose the appropriate option to update the guardian’s information and enter the required information then click on “update” option.
  7. After successfully updated guardian information, again go to main page and click “start service” option and tap on “Early Admission of a New Student” option and fill out the application form then click on “Next” button.
  8. In the next ‘school selection’ screen appears,search for schools as per the geographical details of your home and click on confirm selection to register yourstudent in a school near your home that has vacancies. After that communicating with the school and ensuring availability of transportation.
  9. In the next page attach the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below. When uploading each files, a confirmation message appears that ‘The file has been successfully uploaded’. After uploading all required documents and click on “OK” button.
  10. Acknowledgment will appear read it carefully and click on “to continue” option.
  11. You will be redirected to a screen which contains school data, information and information for review and order confirmation.

  • Copy of certificate from KAHRAMAA, bill from KAHRAMAA, or lease contract stating the electricity number.

EligibilityEdit

  • Applicant must have birth certificate are eligible to apply.
  • Kindergarten: Qataris, Children of Female Qataris, and Children of GCC Citizens, age must be completed three years.
  • Preschool: Qataris, Children of Female Qataris, and Children of GCC Citizens, age must be completed four years.
  • First Grade: Qataris, Children of Female Qataris, and Children of GCC Citizens, age must be completed six years and Other Nationalities, age must be completed 5 years and 6months.
