Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To register or data update of local supplier, applicant has to visit the General Directorate of Logistics at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the General Directorate of Civil Defense Department in Ministry of Interior (MOI) office. The address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, local supplier data will be updated or registered as per your request.

Required Documents

• Copy of valid commercial registration (Arabic and English).
•  Copy of valid commercial license.
• Copy of valid establishment ID card.
• Classification Certificate issued from the Government Procurement Regulatory Department.
• New copy of bank letter for IBAN.
• Copy of valid No Objection Certificate issued and certified by the Prevention Department - General Directorate of Civil Defense, for the suppliers qualified in supplying, installing and maintaining firefighting and fire alarm equipment.
• Approval of the Security Systems Department at MOI for the qualified suppliers for the supply, installation and maintenance of CCTV equipment and devices.
