Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To obtain livestock Loan, applicant has to visit the Assistant Undersecretary for Agricultural Affairs and Fisheries Office at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME).

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Assistant undersecretary for agricultural affairs and fisheries office in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME). The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the livestock loan approval on a specified date.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the assistant undersecretary for agricultural affairs and fisheries office in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to receive loans in order to buy livestock (sheep), upon the specified terms and regulations.
