Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain license for a person to perform the QFMAs regulated functions, applicant has to visit the Licensing department at Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at QFMA office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the licensing department in the QFMA office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, license for a person to perform the QFMAs regulated functions will be approved.

• Copy of applicant Qatar ID card.
• Formal letter signed by the Board Chairman of the company or his/her legal representative and sealed by the company's seal regarding license for a person to perform the QFMAs regulated
• Copy of commercial registration.
• Copy of establishment ID card.
• Application form electronically signed by the concerned person with the company’s seal.
