Procedure

1. Go to the Reception and coordination office at the regional or district directorate of the place of building.
2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present and submit the documents.

• Vacancy statement (form ADP061B)
• Any means of evidence of vacancy
• Owners or companies should subscribe to the statement of vacancy by building during the month of January of the year following the year vacancy. Such declaration constitute a clearance request.
