ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. To file a complaint to competent prosecution, applicant has to visit the Public Prosecution office.
  2. For Public Prosecution office contact click here: Contact link
  3. Applicant has to type the letter explaining the reason for complaint.
  4. Please take print out of the letter and attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below.
  5. Check the letter and then submit it to the respective officer in the Public Prosecution office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  6. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  7. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.



Apply Online

  1. To file complaint to competent prosecution through online, visit the following link: online portal
    • Note: link is temporarily not working.
  2. If you already have an Tawtheeq account, please login using the credentials or if you are a new user you need to click applicable option to create new account.
  3. After successful login, please select “Service” menu and click on “Complaints and Grievances” option then click on “Request to File a Complaint” option.
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information and you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on “Send” button.
  5. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  6. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.
