Step 1 : Determining the likelihood of success for applying for Citizenship;
Step 2 : Ensuring your forms are complete and accurately reflect the details of your case for maximum chance of success;
Step 3 : Ensuring you have the necessary and appropriate documents to support your application;
Step 4 : Obtain all the require documents
Step 5 : Fill in the application form with all the detail information
Step 6 : Submit the duly completed application form and all the necessary documents to the Moroccan agency for citizenship at the ministry of immigration and emigration Rabat or at any branch country wide, attach the receipt payment
Step 7 : Upon review and approval of the submitted documents by the responsible officer, you will then be issued a Moroccan citizenship card

- iv) Extract of birth certificate;

- i). Eligible to persons born in Morocco from foreign father born in Morocco.
- ii). Eligible persons born in Morocco from foreign parents born in Morocco, after entry into force of the Dahir (Royal Decree) relaive to citizenship
- iii). Eligible to Moroccan citizenship: in case of persons born in Morocco from a Moroccan mother and a foreign father
- iv). Eligible through marring a Moroccan Citizen.
- v). Eligible through naturalization
- vi). Eligible after obtaining a Certificate of Moroccan citizenship
- vii). Spouses, widows and widowers of Moroccan citizen
- viii). Lawful residents for at least 6 years and above in Morocco
- ix). Children and person with disabilities (made for the biological or legal adopted children of Morocco citizen
- x). Stateless and migrant persons

If you want to bring your spouse or partner to live in Morocco, you must then file an application for them to become a permanent resident in Morocco; Only the Ministry of Justice has the mandate to issue Moroccan citizenship so any person who wants to acquire citizenship of Morocco.
