Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Applicant must apply in prescribed application form along with required documents addressed to the Mamlatdar.
2. Link for contacts: link please use the respective district/place name as provided at the end of the page. Select the respective place to get details of contact information.
3. Please go to the respective office. Submit the completed application obtained from office or downloaded from online along with required documents.

5. Authorities after checking the attached documents and details submitted will make entries and provide you record number for reference.
6. This application will be verified by respective authorities.
7. There will be a ground level verification and scrutiny of the documents and details provided.
8. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective authority to decide and issue the Income Certificate to the applicant.
9. Applicant will get the certificate in 7 to 10 days after due verification.

2. In the given page, please select “Income certificate” under other services of online services as provided on the right part of the page.
3. Please complete the page prompt, upload required documents and hit save to process the online process.
4. Applicant has to follow and complete the successive page prompts.
5. Applicant gets receipt/acknowledgement for submission. Keep it safe for future reference.
6. This application will be processed by respective department.
7. Applicant will get notification from the department for further process to issue income certificate.

Required Documents

• Identity proof.
• Self declaration from the applicant.
• Residential Proof: Residential Certificate issued by Local administration office/ Aadhar card/ Passport / Driving License / Ration Card / Govt. Id card / Defence ID Card / PAN Card.
• Age proof (birth certificate / school certificate)
• Income Proof: Salary certificate, Income proof from competent authority, income tax return acknowledgement.
• Applicant passport size photograph.
• 2 different Gazette Officers certification(as per requirement)
• Education records duly signed
• Aadhaar card
• Land revenue receipt (in case of farmer if available).
• Affix stamp as advised by authorities if required.
