• A non-reconciliation order or an order implementing the legal separation or divorce which entrusts the care of minors to the civil servant (or other Government official) concerned

• Widowers, widows.
• Single parents who are divorced or legally separated
• Single people who are not living as a married couple
• you must apply for it and and you must have at least one dependent child or be effectively caring for at least one child (legally entrusted to you in the event of divorce or legal separation).
