Procedure

1. To renew a business license, applicants will need to complete and submit a Business License Annual Report (Renewal) to your local State Government Office - Business License department.
2. Attach a copy of the payment receipt of Business License fee.
3. Hand in the completed renewal form and copy of the receipt to the Business Licensing Officer.
