Procedure

Apply in-Person

1. In case of a private title deed, obtain an official letter form the Real estate registration department requesting to join the plots and if the title deed is limited to a county, obtain an official letter from the Lands and Survey Department requesting of the some
2. Prepare the rest of the supporting documents and attach them to the request letter in a single fill
3. Submit the complete application to the Urban planning section of the municipality of your region at the Urban planning department in case the title deed is limited to a county or to the Real estate registration department in case of a private land title at the Customer Service Counter
4. The customer service officer will verify your application and issue you an acknowledgement receipt of receiving the application
5. Then the application will forwarded to the relevant authority, who will conduct a necessary survey on the mentioned lands and join them as you have required and prepare the property documents which will be issued to you
