Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for environmental permit, applicant has to visit the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, environmental permit will be approved.

Apply Online

1. To apply for environmental permit through online, visit the following link: online portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your user name or personal number and password then click on applicable button.
3. If you don’t have an account, click on “Register now” hyperlink and enter the appropriate details then click on applicable button.
4. You will receive an SMS with the password to your registered mobile number.
5. You will be redirected to a screen in which contain login successful message and tap on the “Return to login page” option to login.
6. After successful Login, click on applicable option to apply for environmental permit.
7. Now complete the form with necessary details. Then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on applicable button to submit your request.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After verification process, environmental permit will be approved.
