Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Request for Global Compensation in the ISSSTE (Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers), the applicant has to approach the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers – link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)

5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.

9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. The ISSSTE will review the application and documentation to assess they eligibility for global compensation.
12. They may also conduct further investigations if necessary.
13. It may take some time for the ISSSTE to process the application and plan.
14. Be prepared to follow up with the ISSSTE office if you have questions about the status of your application.
15. If the application is approved, they will receive the compensation in accordance with ISSSTE's guidelines.
16. This entire process can be completed within 1 - 2 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Eligibility
