Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Toapply for authenticating contract of mortgage bonds, applicant has to visit the authentication departmentat the Ministry of Justice office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at MOJ office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the authentication departmentin the Ministry of Justice office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, contract of mortgage bonds will be authenticated.

Apply Online

1. To apply for authenticating contract of mortgage bonds through online, visit the following link: Online portal

2. If you already have an account, please login using the credentials or if you are a new user you need to click applicable option to create new account.
3. After successful login, please select “Authentication Services” menu then select “Mortgage” option then click on “Mortgage Bonds” option.
4. Select applicant (first party mortgager - second party mortgagee), then enter the expiry date of the personal identification document.
5. Thenselect the ‘capacity’ option from the “Capacities” list, enter the proof of identity for the capacity and then click on “Add” button.
6. Select the forms, enter all the mandatory and optional transaction details then click on “Add” button.
7. In the next page, you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on applicable to submit the request.
8. Once you complete this, you will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your information.
9. After reviewing your information, pay the appropriate fees through your debit or credit card.
10. After successful payment, now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
11. After verification process, contract of mortgage bonds will be authenticated.

Required Documents

• Copy of Qatar ID card or passport (For individuals).
• Copy of valid commercial registration, establishment ID and commercial license (for juridical person).
• Copy of valid power of attorney, in case the signature on the document is based on a power of attorney.
• Determination of heirs and letter from the General Authority for Minor Affairs.
• Proof of title deed and banking instrument ownership.
