Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Registration of Various Association or Use Contracts Entered Into by Ejidatarios or Community Members, the applicant has to approach the Registro Agrario Nacional link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)

12. Once the contract is deemed compliant, the authority will proceed with the registration.
13. They will issue a registration certificate or document that confirms the validity and existence of the contract.

15. This entire process can be completed within 15 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
