Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain Approval of Changes in the Versions of the Software Used in the Flow Computer and of any Modification or Alteration to It, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Energy, Secretaría De Energía link or Agencia de Seguridad, Energía y Ambiente (ASEA) link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.

10. The regulatory authority will review the applicant’s application and evaluate the proposed changes. This evaluation may involve technical assessments, software testing, and verification of compliance with applicable regulations.
11. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
12. Once the regulatory authority is satisfied with the proposed changes and determines that they meet the requirements, they will approve. This approval may be in the form of an official document or communication.
13. This entire process can be completed within 3 - 4 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
