ProcedureEdit

  • Application should be in the prescribed form.
  • Application form should be filled in by the applicant only.
  • If the certificate is lost, a certificate should be obtained from given by the Tahsildar stating that the original certificate is lost beyond recovery.
  • Fees should be remitted through Treasury or SBI
  • The candidate should submit application for Duplicate certificate to the school where he/she studied last with Chelan in the certificate received from the Tahsildar.
  • The Head Master / Head Mistress of the concerned school will counter sign the application and sent to the D.E.O concerned.
  • The loss of certificate will be published in Gazette by the D.E.O a copy of the notification will be sent to this office along with the application.
  • The application will be scrutinized and certificate will be prepared and sent back to the D.E.O from where the application received.
  • The candidate will be informed to collect the certificate.
  • With the letter received from this office the candidate should approach the office of the D.E.O and receive the certificate.
  • The above instructions are applicable to private candidates who lost their certificate.
  • Chelan and Tahsildar certificate should be enclosed along with filled application

  • The applicant should fill the application correctly.
  • Applications for attestation will be accepted up to 01:00 pm on all week days, except Friday. On Friday will be accepted up to 11:00 am.
  • In case photo copies are required to be attested then extra copies may be provided however attestation of Original Certificate/Diploma/DMC is must.

  • The examination structure differs from board to board.
  • But in the most of the boards, they are subjective examinations.
  • Only Candidate's blood relations are authorized to deposit and collect documents.

In Pakistan, after finishing Matriculation in grade 9 and 10, the students 15 to 16 years in grade 11 and 12 take the Higher Secondary examination.
The Higher Secondary School Certificate is subdivided in Science and non-Science programs.
The students concentrating in Science programs are awarded Faculty in Science (F.Sc.) while others are awarded Faculty in Arts (F.A.) certificate.
The Higher Secondary Schools are Junior colleges or Intermediate colleges in Pakistan.
