Non Availability of Birth Certificate can be issued from the birth registrar office at CDGK or KMC, CDA with all available documents.

All supporting documents should be verified and attested for issuance of non availability of birth certificate.
Apply In-Person
Non Availability of birth certificate is issued by City Dist Govt or Union council. Visit the registrar office with required documents in person.
Get a certified receiving from the registration of the submitted application.
Submit all documents and form to the specific counter in CDGK & KMC office.
After verification of documents and details, concerned officer will issue the certificate.
