- To Renew a gaming machine license, the applicant should make the application to the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA). Please view the GRA contact details through this link: GRA contact details.
- Obtain the renewal application form from the GRA office or download the form from the GRA website through this GRA Licence Renewal Form (For Machines).
- Complete the application form as required and obtain all the required supporting documents as instructed in the application form and attach the documents to the form in a single file.
- The applicant should visit the GRA office and submit the application to the officer at the GRA licensing unit.
- The official at the licensing unit will assess the application to confirm if the application form is legibly filled-in and all the documents are submitted as required.
- Then the application will be forwarded to the GRA board for assessment, the board will review the application and the board will decide to either approve or reject or to put the renewal application on hold.
- The GRA will then inform the applicant of the board's decision and if the application is approved, the applicant will be required to pay the necessary license fees of Rs. 125,000 per gaming machine as explained in the “Fees” section below.
- Pay the processing fee at the GRA cashier and obtain the payment receipt.
- Upon sucessful payment, the GRA licensing unit will process the renewal application and avail the renewed license for collection.
- The applicant should then visit the GRA office and produce his/her valid identification documents for verification and then the applicant will be issued the renewed license.

FeesEdit
- The license fee is 125,000 per gaming machine payable in 4 equal installments, each installment being payable on or before the first day of every period of 3 months.

- The license is valid for 12 months.
