- The applicant must visit the portal of Local Authorities link
- On the homepage, the applicant must click on the “Complaints” link.
- Applicant will be redirected to the complaints page, where the applicant will be able to submit their complaint.
- Then select the type of complaint the applicant would like to submit.
- Applicant need to Fill in all the required fields on the form with his/her details and the details of the complaint.
- Applicant must enter all the necessary details including the applicant's name, contact information, address, etc.
- The applicant must provide a brief description of their complaint and upload any relevant documents and the documents can be found under the “Required Documents section of this page.

- Then the applicant must click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to submit their complaint.
- Then the applicant will be sent an email with a reference number for their complaint.
- Applicant can use this reference number to track the progress of their complaint.
- The local authorities will review the applicant’s complaint and take the necessary action.
- The applicant will be notified via email or phone call of the outcome.
- If the applicant is not satisfied with the outcome, he/she can submit an appeal.
- The appeal will be reviewed by the local authorities and the decision will be communicated to the applicant.
- A fee for this procedure is has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
- Generally, it takes between two to three weeks for a complaint to be processed, but more complex cases may take longer.

- Applicant must fill the complaint form with the required information.
- The applicant should attach the necessary documents and the documents can be found under the “Required Documents section of this page.
- Submit the completed complaint form and supporting documents to the local authority.
- The responsible local authority will review the complaint and inform the applicant of the outcome.
- The applicant will receive notification of the complaint being received and a complaint reference number.
- The local authority will investigate the complaint and inform the applicant of the outcome.
- A fee for this procedure is has to be paid as per the authority’s request.

The process for making a complaint is as follows:
- Write a letter of complaint setting out the details of the grievance and providing any relevant supporting documents.
- Send the letter of complaint to the Local Authorities (Complaints) Commission.
- The Commission will acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing and assign it to an officer for investigation.
- The officer will investigate the complaint and may request further information or evidence from the complainant or the local authority.
- Depending on the nature of the complaint and the outcome of the investigation, the officer may recommend that the Commission take no further action, or they may refer the matter to a tribunal or to the court.
- The Commission will inform the complainant of the outcome of the investigation and any action taken.
