Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Survey in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Housing and Land Use Planning in Mauritius Contact link
2. Contact the Ministry of Housing and Land Use Planning to obtain the necessary application forms and paperwork.
3. The application must include the details of the land to be leased, the purpose for which it is to be used, and the proposed duration of the lease.
4. Applicants will need to provide documentation to the Ministry, including a detailed plan of the land and a description of the proposed use of the land and they can be found under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. This can be done by submitting a written application to the Ministry of Housing and Land Use Planning.
6. The Ministry will review their application and decide whether to grant the lease. The Ministry may also require additional information or documents.
7. Once the lease is approved, he/she will need to pay the applicable fee. Eligibility
