Apply In-Person:
- To apply for Permit or License for Heavy Goods Vehicles in person, the applicant has to visit the Highways Planning and Development Department of the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing.

- Visit the office with a letter of application to obtain Permit or License for Heavy Goods Vehicles from the Highways Planning and Development Department.

- HGV 2-6 Axles – N10000/year
